STEM, Project-based Learning and Career Pathways 

The FCC significantly supports Rea Farms STEAM curriculum and projects. In fact, the FCC fully funds these programs using donation and sponsorship dollars (as the PTA has done in the past). Each year, $9,000 of family donations goes to support STEM project-based learning and pathways for K-8.

This year, we are increasing our support for academics by instituting a new faculty & staff grant program in partnership with the RFSA School Improvement Team to support more academic, curricular, and class project needs. With successful fundraising efforts, the FCC commits to granting at least $15,000 in donations to these grants.

Over $10,000 in donations from last year and this year are going to set up the new Falcon Outdoor Classroom. We are excited to get this new, vibrant learning space up and running for our students!

To connect STEM businesses with our students and staff, the FCC includes the STEM Business Committee, including members from various STEM industries to help improve the focus and rigor of student learning and prepare our Falcons for their future careers!

And celebrating the cultures of our students and their families. Donations help support cultural and holiday celebrations, class rewards, school safety and more!
